AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of Louisiana (FEMA-1049-DR), dated May 10, 1995 and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: May 13, 1995.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the State 
of Louisiana dated May 10, 1995, is hereby amended to include Public 
Assistance for the following areas determined to have been adversely 
affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President 
in his declaration of May 10, 1995:

Jefferson, Orleans, and St. Charles Parishes for Public Assistance 
(already designated for Individual Assistance).
