Guidelines for Internal Transport, Storage and Handling (ITSH) of 
P.L. 480 Title II Commodities

Notice

    Pursuant to the Agricultural Market and Transition Act of 1996, 
notice is hereby given that the Title II Final Draft Guidelines for 
Internal Transport, Storage and Handling (ITSH) of Title II commodities 
being used for urgent and extraordinary relief requests are being made 
available to interested parties for the required thirty (30) day 
comment period.
    Individuals who wish to receive a copy of the draft guidelines 
should contact: Office of Food for Peace, Agency for International 
Development, Washington, D.C. 20523-0809. Contact person: Brenda 
Lowdermilk, [phone], fax [phone]. Individuals who have 
questions or comments on the draft guidelines should contact David

    The Thirty day comment period will begin on June 18, 1997.
