Correction

    In notice document 97-10254 beginning on page 19553 in the issue of 
Tuesday, April 22, 1997 make the following corrections:
    1. On page 19554, in the first column, beginning in the 14th line, 
``Description of Habitat and Marine Mammal Affected by the Activity'' 
should have appeared as a bold face heading:

``Description of Habitat and Marine Mammal Affected by the 
Activity''

    2. On the same page, the same column, the second full paragraph,
