Revocation of Saybolt-Heinrici, Inc. Customs Gauger Approval and 
Laboratory Accreditation

AGENCY: U.S. Customs Service, Department of the Treasury.

ACTION: Notice of revocation of Customs gauger approval and laboratory 
accreditation.

SUMMARY: Saybolt-Heinrici, Inc. of Pasadena, Texas, a Customs approved 
gauger and accredited laboratory, under Section 151.13 of the Customs 
Regulations (19 CFR 151.13), was found not operating in compliance with 
Customs laws and regulations. Specifically, Saybolt-Heinrici, Inc. does 
not have a valid bond filed with Customs as required under Section 
151.13(b)(8) of the Customs Regulations. Accordingly, pursuant to 
151.13(k) of the Customs Regulations, notice is hereby given that the 
Customs Commercial gauger approval and laboratory accreditation of 
Saybolt-Heinrici, Inc. has been revoked with prejudice.

EFFECTIVE DATE: April 30, 1998.
