Take notice that on May 7, 2003, Enbridge Pipelines (KPC), hereinafter Enbridge KPC, tendered for filing as part its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the revised tariff sheets listed on the filing, proposed to be effective November 1, 2002.

Enbridge KPC states that the purpose of this filing is to establish negotiated rate authority for Enbridge KPC and to file negotiated rates applicable to services for Kansas Gas Service, a division of Oneok, Inc.

Enbridge KPC states that copies of this tariff filing are being served on all jurisdictional customers and applicable state regulatory agencies.

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
