The Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure require all intervenors filing documents with the Commission to serve a copy of that document on each person in the official service list for the project. k. Description of Request: The licensee proposes to upgrade the existing 6.5 MW unit to 8.5 MW, and install a new 6.3 MW unit in a new powerhouse adjacent to the existing powerhouse. The hydraulic capacity of the project would increase from 1,250 cfs to 2,400 cfs. The project will continue to operate as run-of-river with no change to impoundment elevation. Proposed modifications include: (a) Increasing the height of the needle dam, (b) deepening of intake structure forebay and trashracks, (c) new penstock with low-level bifurcation, (d) modification to fish bypass, and (e) new electric substation.
