Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P.; Notice of Proposed 
Changed in FERC Gas Tariff

April 26, 1996.
    Take notice that on April 24, 1996, Iroquois Gas Transmission 
System, L.P. (Iroquois) tendered for filing to be part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheet, 
with an effective date of January 1, 1996:

Second Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 38

    Iroquois states that the purpose of the instant filing is to comply 
with the Commission's April 9, 1996, order in the captioned proceeding 
conditionally accepting one tariff sheet filed on January 16, 1`996. 
The revised tariff sheet reflects that sharing of revenues under Rate 
Schedule PAL will be calculated on an annual basis.
    Iroquois states that copies of its filing were served on all 
parties to the proceeding as well as all jurisdictional customers and 
interested state commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C., 20426, in accordance with 18 CFR 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make Protestants parties to 
the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission 
and are available for public inspection in the public reference room.
