United States International Telecommunications, 
Radiocommunications Sector, Study Group 4; Meeting Notice

    The Department of State announces that the United States 
International Telecommunications Advisory Committee (ITAC) 
Radiocommunications Sector Study Group 4 will meet on May 21, 1996 at 
2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Room 847 at the Federal Communications 
Commission (FCC), 2000 M Street, N.W., Washington, DC.
    Study Group 4 deals with matters relating to the fixed satellite 
service. The meeting agenda is as follows: (1) Review of the Activities 
of WP 4A, 4B, 4-9S, 4SNG; (2) Discussion of Industry and Government 
Support for the FSS Handbook; (3) Discussion of Resolution 18 Issues, 
(a) SCRPM Activities, (b) WRC '97 Preparatory Activities, (c) WP4A 
Activities; (4) Preparations for Future International Meetings; (5) 
Other Business
    Members of the General Public may attend the meetings and join in 
the discussions, subject to the instructions of the chairman, Dr. 
Robert Hedinger, [phone].
