National Historic Landmarks Survey; Notification of Pending
Nomination
A nomination for National Historic Landmark designation for the
EDWARD M. COTTER, Buffalo, New York, was received by the National Park
Service before April 12, 1996. Pursuant to Section 65.5 of 36 CFR Part
65, written comments concerning the significance of this property under
the National Historic Landmarks criteria for evaluation may be
forwarded to the National Historic Landmarks Survey, National Park
Service, P.O. Box 37127, Suite 310, Washington, D.C. 20013-7127.
Written comments should be submitted by [15 days after publication].
After this date, the nomination will be forwarded to the Secretary of
the Interior for designation as a National Historic Landmark.
