for the Delivery of Legal Services

TIME AND DATES: The Provision for the Delivery of Legal Services 
Committee of the Legal Services Corporation's Board of Directors will 
meet on May 9, 1997. The meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. and continue 
until conclusion of the committee's agenda.

5. Consider and act on other business.
