    Notice is hereby given that on May 6, 1994, the Deputy Assistant 
Director, Corporate Activities Division, Office of Thrift Supervision, 
or her designee, acting pursuant to delegated authority, approved the 
application of Ottawa Savings Bank, FSB, Holland, Michigan, Convert to 
the stock form of organization. Copies of the application are available
