Notice is hereby given that on May 13, 1994, the Deputy Assistant

or her designee, acting pursuant to delegated authority, approved the
application of Iowa Savings Branch, F.S.B., Des Moines, Iowa, convert
to the stock form of organization. Copies of the application are
