SUMMARY: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 (44 
U.S.C. chapter 35), the Railroad Retirement Board has submitted the 
following proposal(s) for the collection of information to the Office 
of Management and Budget for review and approval.

SUMMARY OF PROPOSAL(S):

    (1) Collection title: Employee Representatives' Status and 
Compensation Reports.
    (2) Form(s) submitted: DC-2a, DC-2.
    (3) OMB Number: 3220-0014.
    (4) Expiration date of current OMB clearance: Three years from date 
of OMB approval.
    (5) Type of request: Extension of the expiration date of a 
currently approved collection without any change in the substance or in 
the method of collection.
    (6) Frequency of response: On occasion.
    (7) Respondents: Business or other for-profit.
    (8) Estimated annual number of respondents: 50.
    (9) Total annual responses: 50
    (10) Average time per response: .5 hours.
    (11) Total annual reporting hours: 25.
    (12) Collection description: Benefits are provided under the 
Railroad Retirement Act (RRA) for individuals who are employee 
representatives as defined in section 1 of the Act. The collection 
obtains information on the status of such individuals and their 
compensation.
