Citizens Federal Savings & Loan Association, Jacksonville, FL; 
Replacement of Conservator With a Receiver

    Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the authority contained in 
Subdivision (C) of section 5 (d)(2) of the House Owners' Loan Act, the 
Office of Thrift Supervision has duly replaced the Resolution Trust 
Corporation as Conservator Citizens Federal Savings and Loan 
Association, Jacksonville, Florida (``Association''), with the 
Resolution Trust Corporation as Receiver for the Association on April 
29, 1994.
