Notice Pursuant to the National Cooperative Research and 
Production Act of 1993--Financial Services Technology Consortium, Inc., 
Check Imagineing Project

    Notice is hereby given that, on January 11, 1996 and April 9, 1996, 
pursuant to Sec. 6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and 
Production Act of 1993, 15 U.S.C. Sec. 4301 et seq. (``the Act''), the 
Financial Service Technology Consortium, Inc.; Check Imaging Project 
has filed written notification simultaneously with the Attorney General 
and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing changes in its membership. 
The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act's 
provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual 
damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, the changes are as 
follows: RDM Corporation, Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA; and Polytechnic 
University, Brooklyn, NY have been added to the venture.

    On May 2, 1995, the Financial Services Technology Consortium, Inc.; 
Check Imaging Project filed its original notification pursuant to 
Sec. 6(a) of the Act. The Department of Justice published a notice in 
the Federal Register pursuant to Sec. 6(b) of the Act on June 20, 1995 
(60 Fed. Reg. 33169-70).
