    Take notice that a technical conference will be convened in the 
above-docketed proceeding on Thursday, May 22, 1997, at 9:00 a.m., in a 
room to be designated at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, DC, 20426. Any party, 
as defined in 18 CFR 385.102(c), any person seeking intervenor status
