Availability of Executive Summary of Meeting Held on March 30-31, 1998

    Notice is hereby given that the Executive Summary of the Gulf War 
Expert Scientific Advisory Committee meeting held on March 30-31, 1998, 
is available.
    The Executive Summary outlines the activities and recommendations 
of the meeting relative to patient care and medical diagnoses affecting
