Take notice that on April 4, 2003, Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator, Inc. tendered for filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) a request to withdraw the Resulting Company Open Access Transmission Tariff (Resulting Company Tariff) and the Agreement of Transmission Owners to Organize (Resulting Company Agreement) filed with the Commission on November 1, 2002, in Docket No. ER02-1420-006.
