SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Florida (FEMA-1545-DR), dated September 4, 2004, and related determinations.

May 15, 2005.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) hereby gives notice that pursuant to the authority vested in the Under Secretary for Emergency Preparedness and Response, Department of Homeland Security, under Executive Order 12148, as amended, Scott R. Morris, of FEMA is appointed to act as the Director of Florida Long-term Recovery for this declared disaster.

This action terminates my appointment of William L. Carwile, III as Federal Coordinating Officer for this disaster.
