    Impact Statement for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Seattle, WA
    
    AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), DOT.
    
    ACTION: Notice of document availability.

    SUMMARY: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Port of 
    Seattle (Port), acting as joint lead agencies, have released the Final 
    Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (FSEIS) for the Master Plan 
    Update at Seattle-Tacoma International (SEATAC) Airport. This FSEIS is 
    a combined Federal National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and 
    Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) document.
    
    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: An additional comment period is being 
    conducted on only the Final Air Conformity analysis. Comments 
    concerning Appendix B of the FSEIS can be submitted until June 23, 
    1997, to Mr. Dennis Ossenkop, ANM-611, Federal Aviation Administration, 
    Northwest Mountain Region, Airports Division, 1601 Lind Avenue, SW., 
    Renton, WA 98055-4056.
        Any person desiring to review the Final Supplemental Environmental 
    Impact Statement may do so during normal business hours at the
