Determination To Close the Meeting of the Cultural Property 
Advisory Committee; June 2 and 3, 1997

    In accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(9)(B), and 19 U.S.C. 2605(h), I 
hereby determine that the Cultural Property Advisory Committee meeting 
on June 2 and 3, 1997, at which there will be deliberation of 
information the premature disclosure of which would be likely to 
significantly frustrate implementation of proposed actions, will be 
closed.
