In accordance with Section 250(a), Subchapter D, Chapter 2, Tital
II, of the Trade Act of 1974 as amended (19 U.S.C. 2273) the Department
of Labor issued a Certification of Eligibility to Apply for Worker
Adjustment Assistance on November 27, 1996, applicable to all workers
at Redpath Apparel Group located in Denison, Texas. The notice was
published in the Federal Register on December 24, 1996 (61 FR 67858).
At the request of the State agency, the Department reviewed the
certification for workers of the subject firm. The workers were engaged
in employment related to the production of children's clothing and also
provided administrative and support service functions. New findings
show that worker separations occurred at Redpath Apparel Group Located
in Dallas, Sherman, White Oak, and Wichita Falls, Texas and New York,
New York when all production and support service operations ceased in
    October, 1996.
Accordingly, the Department is amending the certification to cover
workers at the subject firms' Dallas, Sherman, White Oak and Wichita
Falls, Texas and New York, New York locations.
The intent of the Department's certification is to include all
workers of Redpath Apparel Group who were adversely affected by
increased imports from Mexico or Canada.
The amended notice applicable to NAFTA-01266 is hereby issued as
    follows:
