    ACTION:

    Notice of Federal Advisory Committee teleconference meeting.

    SUMMARY:

    The National Navigation Safety Advisory Committee (Committee) will meet via teleconference to discuss matters relating to maritime collisions, rammings, and groundings; Inland Rules of the Road; International Rules of the Road; navigation regulations and equipment; routing measures; marine information; and aids to navigation systems. The meeting will be open to the public.

    DATES:

    Meeting: The National Navigation Safety Advisory Committee will meet by teleconference on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. (EDT). The teleconference may adjourn early if the Committee has completed its business.

    Comments and supporting documentation: To ensure your comments are received by Committee members before the teleconference, submit your written comments no later than June 1, 2021.

    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

    Notice of this meeting is in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. Appendix. The National Navigation Safety Advisory Committee Meeting is authorized by § 601 of the Frank LoBiondo Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2018. The statutory authority is codified in 46 U.S.C. 15107. The Committee operates under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. Appendix) in addition to the administrative provisions applicable to all National Maritime Transportation Advisory Committees in 46 U.S.C. 15109. The Committee advises the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security through the Commandant of the Coast Guard on matters relating to maritime collisions, rammings, and groundings; Inland Rules of the Road; International Rules of the Road; navigation regulations and equipment; routing measures; marine information; and aids to navigation systems.

    The agenda for the June 8, 2021, teleconference is as follows:

    (10) Adjournment of meeting.
