    Florida Gas Transmission Company; Notice of Proposed Changes in 
    FERC Gas Tariff
    
    May 16, 1995.
        Take notice that on May 12, 1995, Florida Gas Transmission Company 
    (FGT) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
    Original Volume No. 3, the following tariff sheet:
    
    First Revised Sheet No. 26
    
        On May 12, 1995, FGT filed the above tariff sheet in Docket No. 
    GT95-39-000 to reflect the cancellation of Rate Schedule X-3 under 
    which FGT used to transport natural gas, on an interruptible basis, for 
    Sun Oil Company pursuant to an order issued by the Federal Power 
    Commission in Docket No. CP61-18. The proposed effective date of the 
    First Revised Sheet No. 26 is May 10, 1995. Pursuant to an order issued 
    by the Federal Power Commission on August 26, 1974, in Docket No. CP74-
    259, FGT received authorization, among other things, to abandon service 
    under a transportation agreement dated May 30, 1959, designated as Rate 
    Schedule X-3.
        Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
    file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
    Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 
    20426 in accordance with Sections 385.211 and 385.214 of the 
    Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests should 
    be filed on or before May 23, 1995. protests will be considered by the 
    Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
    not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person 
    wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of 
    this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
    public inspection.
