Pacific Gas Transmission Co.; Notice of Proposed Changes to FERC 
Gas Tariff

May 16, 1995.
    Take notice that on May 11, 1995, Pacific Gas Transmission Company 
(PGT) tendered for filing certain revised tariff sheets to be a part of 
its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1-A and requested that 
they be made effective May 15, 1995.
    PGT states that the tariff sheets which it is submitting conform 
the Capacity Release provisions of its Transportation General Terms and 
Conditions to the capacity release provisions in Order No. 577.
    PGT further states it has served a copy of this filing upon all 
interested state regulatory agencies and PGT's jurisdictional 
customers.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 
20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such motions or 
protests should be filed on or before May 23, 1995. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make the protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to 
intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
