AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of The Sageville Shopper,
allots Channel 291A to Sageville, IA, as the community's first local FM
service. See 59 FR 65749, published December 21, 1994. Channel 291A can
be allotted to Sageville in compliance with the Commission's minimum
distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site
restriction, at coordinates 42-35-42 North Latitude and 90-43-18 West
Longitude.
With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
DATES: Effective July 3, 1995. The window period for filing
applications will open on July 3, 1995, and close on August 3, 1995.
