the mining and removal of all seams above and including the No. 8
seam underlying approximately 784 acres of the Red Bird Coal
Reserves, Tract No. XEKCR-16L, in Bell and Harlan Counties,
Kentucky, and delegation of authority to the Vice President, Fuel
Supply and Engineering, or his designee, to administer the terms of
the lease.
