    In notice document 94-11226, beginning on page 24745, in the issue 
of Thursday, May 12, 1994, make the following correction:
    On page 24757. in the first column following the heading Date of 
Application for Amendment: change the date from ``May 23, 1993,'' to 
``May 24, 1993.''
