Northern Natural Gas Company; Notice of Technical Conference

May 17, 1995.
    In the Commission's order issued March 10, 1995, the Commission 
held that the filing in the above captioned proceeding raises issues 
that should be addressed in a technical conference.
    Take notice that the technical conference will be held on Thursday 
May 25, 1995, at 1:00 p.m., in Room 2402-A at the offices of the 
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426. All interested parties and Staff are permitted 
to attend.
