Investor's Equity, Inc.; Notice of Surrender of Licensee

    Notice is hereby given that Investor's Equity, Inc., 1355 Peachtree 
Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30309 has surrendered its License to operate 
as a small business investment company under the Small Business 
Investment Act of 1958, as amended (Act). Investor's Equity was 
licensed by the Small Business Administration on August 10, 1961.
    Under the authority vested by the Act and pursuant to the 
Regulations promulgated thereunder, the surrender of the License was 
accepted on May 4, 1995, and accordingly, all rights, privileges, and 
franchises derived therefrom have been terminated.
