Initiation of New Shipper Antidumping Duty Administrative Reviews
AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration,
Department of Commerce.
ACTION: Notice of initiation of New Shipper Antidumping Duty
Administrative Reviews.

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) has received a
request to conduct new shipper administrative reviews of an antidumping
duty order with an April anniversary date. In accordance with the
Commerce Regulations, we are initiating those administrative reviews.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background
The Department has received a request, in accordance with 19 CFR
353.22(h) (1995), for new shipper reviews of an antidumping duty order
with an April anniversary date.
Initiation of Reviews
In accordance with 19 CFR 353.22(h), we are initiating two new
shipper reviews of the antidumping duty order on fresh and chilled
Atlantic salmon from Norway. We intend to issue the final results of
these reviews not later than February 9, 1996.

Concurrent with publication of this notice, we will instruct the
Customs Service to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting,
until the completion of the review, of a bond or sucurity in lieu of a
cash deposit for each entry of the merchandise (19 CFR
353.22(h)(3)(ii)(B)(4) (1995)).
Interested parties must submit applications for disclosure under
administrative protective orders in accordance with 19 CFR 353.34(b).
These initiations and this notice are in accordance with section
751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1675(a)) and 19
CFR 353.22(h).
