(RMP) and Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), with one
exception, management of Calypso Trail.
The Proposed Big Dry RMP and Final EIS was issued in February,
1995. Thirteen letters protesting the plan, some with multiple

before approving the decision for Calypso Trail and a separate Record
