Wyoming Interstate Gas Company, Ltd.; Notice of Technical Conference

May 17, 1996.
    Take notice that a technical conference has been scheduled in the 
above-captioned proceeding for 10:00 a.m. on June 13, 1996, at the 
offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, 
N.E., Washington, DC 20426. The purpose of the conference is to discuss 
matters of interest and concern relating to the parties' proposals to 
construct and operate new and/or additional compression facilities, as 
well as Colorado Interstate Gas Company's proposal to acquire and hold 
capacity on Trailblazer Pipeline Company and Wyoming Interstate Gas 
Company, Ltd. All interested parties are invited to attend. For
