E5-2573. El Paso Natural Gas Company; Notice of Allocated Path Report

Take notice that on May 6, 2005, El Paso Natural Gas Company (EPNG) submitted two Summary of Allocated Path reports pursuant to Article VI, Pathing and Segmentation, of the Stipulation and Agreement filed with the Commission in Docket Nos. RP04-251-000 and RP04-248-000.

EPNG states that copies of the reports were served on parties on the official service list in the above-captioned proceedings.

Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). Protests to this filing will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
