This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of North Dakota (FEMA-1981-DR), dated 05/10/2011.

Incident: Flooding.

Incident Period: 02/14/2011 and continuing.

Effective Date: 05/10/2011.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/11/2011.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/10/2012.

Notice is hereby given that as a result of the President's major disaster declaration on 05/10/2011, Private Non-Profit organizations that provide essential services of governmental nature may file disaster loan applications at the address listed above or other locally announced locations.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:

Primary Counties: Barnes, Benson, Bottineau, Burke, Cass, Cavalier, Dickey, Eddy, Foster, Grand Forks, Grant, Griggs, Kidder, Lamoure, Logan, Mchenry, Mcintosh, Mclean, Mercer, Morton, Mountrail, Nelson, Pembina, Pierce, Ramsey, Ransom, Renville, Richland, Rolette, Sargent, Sheridan, Steele, Stutsman, Towner, Traill, Walsh, Ward, Wells, Williams, and the Spirit Lake Nation, the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation, and the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Reservation.
