Start Preamble
On April 2, 2024, At-Sea Development, LLC, filed an application for a preliminary permit, pursuant to section 4(f) of the Federal Power Act (FPA), proposing to study the feasibility of the Eastern Long Island Sound Tidal Energy Project to be located in Eastern Long Island Sound near the communities of East Marion and Greenport in Suffolk County, New York.
