Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company; Notice of Filing

May 18, 1995.
    Take notice that on May 12, 1995, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company 
(Tennessee) tendered for filing a schedule displaying the effective and 
termination dates for contracts that caused a reduction in billing 
determinants in Docket No. RP95-216.
    Tennessee states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with 
the Commission's April 27, 1995 Order in Docket No. RP95-216 requiring 
Tennessee to file additional information supporting the billing 
determinants contained in the filing. In addition, Tennessee is 
revising its billing determinants to correct an inadvertent reduction 
to NIPSCO's contract number 548 effective July 1, 1995. No change in 
the GSR surcharge is required as a result of this correction.
    Tennessee states that copies of the filing have been mailed to all 
affected parties.
    Any persons desiring to protest said filing should file a motion to 
protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North 
Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 
of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR Section 
385.211). All such protests should be filed before May 25, 1995. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are available for public inspection.
