AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by John P.
Gillen, proposing the allotment of Channel 235A to Berlin, Maryland, as
that community's second FM Broadcast service. The coordinates for
Channel 235A are 38-13-45 and 75-10-58. There is a site restriction
10.8 kilometers (6.7 miles) southeast of the community.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before July 10, 1995, and reply
comments on or before July 25, 1995.

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of l980 do not apply
to this proceeding.
