Notice Pursuant to the National Cooperative Research and 
Production Act of 1993 Collaboration Agreement Between E.I. Du Pont De 
Nemours and Company and Cambridge Industries, Inc.

    Notice is hereby given that, on February 22, 1995, pursuant to 
Section 6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 
1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (``the Act''), E.I. du Pont de Nemours and 
Company have filed written notification simultaneously with the 
Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing: (1) The 
identities of the parties and (2) the nature and objectives of the 
venture. The notifications were filed for the purpose of invoking the 
Act's provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to 
actual damages under specified circumstances. Pursuant to section 6(b) 
of the Act, the identities of the parties are E.I. du Pont de Nemours 
and Company, Advanced Material Systems Division, Newark, DE; and 
Cambridge Industries, Inc., Madison Heights, MI. The general area of 
collaboration is to develop structural thermoplastic composites for 
automotive applications at a minimum twenty-five percent reduction in 
investment cost versus steel and to commercialize high performance 
composite materials for structural applications in the automotive 
market in connection with the award by National Institute of Standards 
and Technology, Department of Commerce under the Advanced Technology 
Program pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 278n.
