    DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
    [TA-W-32,060; TA-W-32,060A]

    Rhubarb Fashions, Jersey City, New Jersey and New York, New York;
Amended Certification Regarding Eligibility To Apply for Worker
    Adjustment Assistance

In accordance with Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C.
2273) the Department of Labor issued a Certification of Eligibility to
Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance on March 18, 1996, applicable to
all workers at Rhubarb Fashions, located in Jersey City, New Jersey.
The notice will soon be published in the Federal Register.
At the request of the State agency, the Department reviewed the
certification for workers of the subject firm. New findings show that
workers at the showroom of Rhubarb Fashions in New York, New York were
inadvertently excluded from the certification. Accordingly, the
Department is amending the worker certification to include workers of
the subject firm located in New York, New York.
The intent of the Department's certification is to include all
workers of Rhubarb Fashions adversely affected by imports.
The amended notice applicable to TA-W-32,060 is hereby issued as
    follows:

``All workers of Rhubarb Fashions, Jersey City, New Jersey (TA-
W-32,060), and New York, New York (TA-W-32,060A) who became totally
or partially separated from employment on or after February 28,
1995, are eligible to apply for adjustment assistance under Section
223 of the Trade Act of 1974.''

Signed at Washington, D.C. this 10th day of May 1996.
    Russell T. Kile,
Acting Program Manager, Policy and Reemployment Services, Office of
    Trade Adjustment Assistance.
