Minneapolis, MN
AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration, DOT.
ACTION: Notice.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
SUMMARY: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has been notified by

availability of the analysis was locally published by the Metropolitan

EFFECTIVE DATE: This Federal notice is given in accordance with Federal
Aviation Regulations, Part 161, Sec. 161.203(e). Because of the late

period. The extended comment period ends at 5 pm. on June 9, 1999.
