AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Dolphin/Wahoo 
Committee with Advisors will hold a public meeting.

DATES: The meeting will be held on Monday, June 7, 1999, from 1:00-4:00 
p.m.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The purpose of this meeting is to review the 
South Atlantic Council's Dolphin/Wahoo options paper and develop 
recommendations to be presented to the South Atlantic Dolphin/Wahoo 
Advisors during its June 14-18, 1999 Council meeting.
    Although other issues not contained in this agenda may come before 
the Committee for discussion, in accordance with the Magnuson-Stevens 
Fishery Conservation and Management Act, such issues may not be the 
subject of formal action during this meeting. Action will be restricted 
to those issues specifically identified in this notice.

    This meeting is physically accessible to people with disabilities. 
Requests for sign language interpretation or other auxiliary aids 
should be directed to Joanna Davis at the Council office(see ADDRESSES) 
at least 5 days prior to the meeting date.
