Sunshine Act Meeting; Notice of Change in Subject of Meeting

    The National Credit Union Administration Board determined that its 
business required the addition of the following item to the previously 
announced closed meeting (Federal Register, Vol. 64, No. 94, page 
26791, Monday, May 17, 1999) scheduled for Wednesday, May 19, 1999.
    6. Request Regarding a Section 206 Administrative Action. Closed 
pursuant to exemptions (8) and (9)(B).
    The Board voted unanimously that agency business required that this 
item be considered with less than the usual seven days notice, that it 
be closed to the public, and that no earlier announcement of this 
change was possible.
    The previously announced items were:
    1. Administrative Action under Part 704, NCUA's Rules and 
Regulations. Closed pursuant to exemption (8).
    2. Administrative Action under Part 745, NCUA's Rules and 
Regulations. Closed pursuant to exemption (8).
    3. Year 2000 Issues. Closed pursuant to exemptions (8), (9)(A)(ii), 
and (9)(B).
    4. CLF Y2K Plan. Closed pursuant to exemptions (8), (9)(A)(ii), and 
(9)(B).
    5. Three (3) Personnel Actions. Closed pursuant to exemptions (2) 
and (6).
