SUMMARY:

This document requests comments on a petition for rule making filed by New West Broadcasting requesting the allotment of Channel 223C2 to Kahului, HI, as that community's second local FM transmission service. Coordinates used for this proposal are 20-50-24 NL and 156-23-14 WL.

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of l980 do not apply to this proceeding.
