Take notice that on May 13, 2005, Kinder Morgan Interstate Gas Transmission LLC (KMIGT) tendered for filing a Motion to File a Third Revised Annual Reconciliation Report pursuant to section 35 of its general terms and conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth Revised Volume No. 1-B.

KMIGT states that it has served copies of this filing upon each person designated on the official service list.

Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211).
