Description of Application: The licensee requests Commission approval of a permit application, filed by the Carolina Forest Marina, to expand their existing marina by constructing three docks to support 30 additional boat slips. The docks will extend from 90 to 100 feet into Lake Tillery. A trash deflector is proposed to be constructed upstream of the northern most pier.
