National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases;
Meeting: End-Stage Renal Disease Data Advisory Committee
Pursuant to Public Law 92-463, notice is hereby given of the
meeting of the End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Data Advisory Committee
on June 22, 1994. The committee will meet via a telephone conference
call that will begin at 4 p.m., E.D.T., at Cygnus Corporation, 11426
Rockville Pike, suite 410, Rockville, Maryland 20852. The meeting,
which will be open to the public, is being held to discuss the 1994
Annual Report and other ESRD Data issues. Public participation will be
limited to space available. Individuals who plan to participate should
contact Dr. Ralph Bain at the number listed below, so that we can
connect you to the call.
For any further information, and for individuals who plan to attend
and need special assistance, such as sign language interpretation or
other reasonable accommodations, please contact Dr. Ralph Bain,
Executive Director, End-Stage Renal Disease Data Advisory Committee,

7537, two weeks prior to the meeting. In addition, upon request, Dr.
