SUMMARY: This notice cancels the advertisement as it appeared in the 
April 1, 1994, issue for the Minority Business Development Agency 
(MBDA) announcement that it is soliciting competitive applications 
under its Minority Business Development Center (MBDC) Program to 
operate an MBDC in the Bakersfield, California Geographic Service Area.

CLOSING DATE: The closing date for submitting an application was May 6, 
1994.
