Natural states that the filing is submitted pursuant to section 21

4 of the Natural Gas Act and the Rules and Regulations of the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) promulgated thereunder. The
rate adjustments filed for are designed to recover certain fixed

Natural requested specific waivers of section 21 of its Tariff and
the Commission's Regulations, including the requirements of
Sec. 154.63, to the extent necessary to permit the tariff sheets to
    become effective June 1, 1994.

Natural's jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory

Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be filed on or before
May 27, 1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to
