Williams Natural Gas Co.; Technical Conference

May 20, 1994.
    Take notice that a technical conference will be convened in this 
proceeding on June 20, 1994, at 10 a.m., at the offices of the Federal 
Energy Regulatory Commission, 810 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 
20426. The purpose of this conference is to afford Williams Natural Gas 
Company (Williams) and interested parties an opportunity to discuss 
matters relating to Williams' application to abandon approximately 73 
miles of 12-inch and 20-inch pipeline located in Barber, Harper, Sumner 
and Sedgwick Counties, Kansas and Alfalfa County, Oklahoma.
    All interested parties are invited to attend. However, attendance 
at the conference will not confer party status. For additional
